Upward Mobility Data Dashboard

The Upward Mobility Dashboard utilizes the Urban Institute’s framework to address economic and social mobility in Spartanburg County. By focusing on the matrices nested in five pillars of upward mobility—Rewarding Work, High-Quality Education, Opportunity-Rich Neighborhoods, Healthy Environment, and Responsive Governance—the dashboard provides data-informed insights and metrics that help local leaders identify barriers and opportunities for upward mobility. This dashboard will guide community strategies and inform policy decisions to foster a more opportunistic environment for all residents.
